Recently the special education department of the Old Forge School District was awarded a grant from the Ronald McDonald House Charities of NEPA.
Special education director Michele Hopkins would like to bring a school store to Old Forge School. This school store will be operated by students in special education classes, ages 14 to 21. Students will learn how to run a school store and socialization skills with their peers.
